What exactly gets hidden?
Whatever your rules say. Out of the box: scam and phishing comments, spam and bots, and abuse are hidden. Competitor promotion, complaints and buyer questions are shown to you instead. You can set each kind to hide, show or ignore.
Is hiding the same as deleting?
No. A hidden comment disappears for the public, and you can unhide it from CommentWarden at any time. CommentWarden never deletes comments.
Will you post replies for me?
Only when you click Post. CommentWarden drafts a reply from the facts you give it, you edit or approve it, and only then is it published.
Does it work on my Instagram ads?
Not yet. Today CommentWarden protects your posts and Reels. Comments that appear only on ads are not covered yet, and we can't promise a date.
What access do you need?
You log in with the Instagram business or creator account you want to protect. No Facebook Page is needed. CommentWarden can read comments, hide them and reply to them. It cannot publish posts, read your DMs or touch your ads and budget.
What happens after the trial?
