Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FlyReady Lab, the operator of CommentWarden. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
CommentWarden monitors comments on the Instagram business accounts you connect, classifies them, hides comments according to rules you control, and drafts replies that you choose to post. You are responsible for the rules you set and the replies you approve.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your purchase and handles taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to manage the accounts you connect. You may not use CommentWarden to harass people, to suppress lawful complaints in breach of consumer law, or in breach of Meta’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Platform dependency
The service depends on Meta’s APIs. If Meta changes or limits them, features may change. We will tell you about material changes and you can cancel at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Classification is automated and can be wrong; you can review and undo every action. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where you live.
